Queer Ink Lab: Literature and Algorithms

At this event, we discuss with Thodoris Chiotis, poet and literature theoretician. Thodoris makes research on algorithmic applications in the context of literary production.
Nowadays, expansion of calculative algorithms and automisation of practices change our daily lives as well as how we read, write and connect to the literary text.
During the discussion, the ways technology changes the parameters and practice of literary writings were much addressed. Are readers able to keep up with any changes caused by the advent of technology?
Queer Ink Lab is a meeting point for creators who use word and writing in intersectional and innovative context. In these meetings we hope to discuss the relation between technology and writings, politics and poetry, visual arts and word, as well as to explore writing as a medium at present and future.
